Return Policy

We at GlobalGeniuses are pleased that you have done business with us. If you are left unsatisfied by our services or the Work provided or you just wish to have the item exchanged, we would like to know as soon as possible so that we can use our best efforts to rectify your concerns. For that reason, we have implemented a Return Policy to assist you as best as we possibly can. Please read our terms and conditions carefully.

 

PRIMARY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. PERIOD FOR ACCEPTING A REFUND

    1. We offer a return policy which permits the return of a Work within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of receipt. It is important that if you wish to return a Work, that this is done within this stipulated period; No return will be facilitated after this period expires.

  2. ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUND

    1. Notwithstanding the foregoing, to be eligible for a return you must be able to satisfy the following requirements:

      1. The Work must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

      2. The Work should be in the original packaging.

      3. The Work was not subjected to a sale or any further discounts and was purchased at a regular price.

      4. You must be able to submit proof of purchase.

    2. Importantly, there may exist a circumstance whereby only partial refunds are authorized. These circumstances would include:

      1. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

      2. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

    3. Once your claim for a refund along with all documentary evidence is submitted and you have been notified of your eligibility for your refund to be processed, you have within seven (7) days from the date thereof to have the Work delivered to the return address or the following address:




  3. SHIPPING AND HANDLING

    1. You will be responsible for paying all expenses arising from the return or the exchange of your item. This includes all shipping and handling expenses. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Your account will be charged for all expenses associated with facilitating an exchange and/or refund.

    2. If you are shipping an item valued at Seventy-five United States dollars ($75) or more, you are advised to consider and use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not offer any guarantee for the receipt of the returned item. This is critical as it may affect your eligibility for a refund.

  4. FINAL APPROVAL

    1. Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive a notification:

      1. Acknowledging receipt of the item.

      2. As to the status of the refund i.e. whether same can be processed and/or approved based on the items condition and usage.

    2. If the refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the credit card or original method of payment, within a reasonable time period having regard to banking policies. It is important to note that if the item was the subject of a gift and was purchased using a gift certificate, the account from which the gift certificate was purchased will be credited.

  5. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

    1. If you are experiencing a delay in receipt of the refund sum, you are advised to first verify your account.

    2. If the status of your account has not changed, this does not mean that it has not been processed. You are advised to contact your banking institution and speak with an agent. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. In our experience, some transactions may take a longer processing time based on the policies of the banking institution.

  6. SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)

    1. Unfortunately, as one of our protocols, we are unable to accept refunds on sale items.

  7. EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

    1. Items are replaced only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at www.globalgeniuses.art/contact.

    2. The time period for processing exchanges and to have the item shipped to you will vary based on the availability of the item and the shipping location.
