GlobalGeniuses is a digital art manager, that provides users in the arts space with resources and tools that will help them personally and independently manage and market their artwork, and facilitate the exposure needed through various collaboration opportunities between artists, art collectors, art enthusiasts and more.
GlobalGeniuses’ goal is to provide a space where artists can increase their opportunities through networking, to actively sell or rent their artwork, and to showcase their artwork globally through the platform’s Live Virtual Exhibitions.
The platform will provide a matchmaking feature which will enable users to be connected with exactly the type of collaborators, tools, and resources they are seeking.
The platform also seeks to engage, nurture, and empower emerging artists. GlobalGeniuses will also use its services to develop young talent so art becomes an option for a full-time career if they choose, and not a path they have to put on hold due to the limited opportunities in the industry.
GlobalGeniuses is the brainchild of Rangtiem Hoomkwap. She is a mother of two beautiful boys and an engineer with an undying passion for art and creativity. When she was younger, she reached a crossroads in her life. Go to music school and express her art, or go the traditional career route?
She reluctantly chose to follow a career in engineering and gave up on her dream of being an artist due to lack of exposure, funding, and support in the art industries. Sadly, this is a common story amongst artists worldwide. Only a few manage to pursue art as their career.
New and veteran artists alike struggle with the same barriers such as, high gallery commissions, insufficient/lack of connections in the art space, getting their artwork in front of a global audience and struggle to market themselves to art collectors, businesses, or art enthusiasts.
This got her thinking...What if there was a platform that was intuitive, easy to use and focused solely on making genuine connections and collaborations between artists and those in the business of art? She was dreaming of a digital art management hub that helps manage artists careers efficiently, effectively, and creatively.
Fast forward to 2020… she took her big idea and figured out a way to do just that! With the platform’s innovative and unique matchmaking process, GlobalGeniuses connects you with users around the world. Resulting in career and business boosting collaborations.
